No need to dress for the dining room. A full breakfast is cooked fresh each morning and served where you want it: at your table, in bed, or on the porch.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Arriving later is no problem with advance notice. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for $25 per hour.

Cancellation

Please call at least 14 days before your arrival date to cancel. All cancellations carry a $50 administrative fee. Whole-house bookings, some holidays and special events require 30 days notice.

House rules

Adults only, age 21 and over. No smoking of any type inside; designated outdoor areas are available, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor is detected. No pets. Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM.
